JONAS DANILIAUSKAS

Born 1950 in the Sakiai district , Lithuania;
1969 - 1974 studied at State Institute of Art (now Vilnius Art Academy); student of J.Svazas and A.Petrulis.
Since 1978 - member of Lithuanian Artists’ Association .
The artist has held 17 solo exhibitions.
From 1982, he takes part in various exhibitions in Lithuania and more than in 50 countries of the world – France, the USA, Switzerland, Turkey, Germany, Great Britain, Russia, Bulgaria, Spain, UAE, Armenia, Georgia, Denmark, Finland, Japan, India, etc.
Collections: Museums in Lithuania and Latvia, Russia, Georgia. Poland, the Museum of Modern Art (the collection of Dr. P. Liudwig, Köln, Germany); private Lithuanian and foreign collections.
